Just wanted to say thank you for sharing your journey. I had my 2.5 pen in the fridge for a couple of weeks, too anxious to start after seeing people on social media having extreme experiences. It’s lovely to have a balanced view of the correct use alongside a healthy diet. After catching up on your journey, I have just begun mine. P.s If you get on with the my protein drinks I think the big Tesco extras stock limited flavours.

I’m curious Marcia as to the reason you take collagen? Is it for your muscles or your skin, or all of those? I use protein powder but wondering if I should think about collagen. I’m vegetarian but would consider marine collagen as a last resort but not bovine.

I've been experiencing that sensitive and almost stingy sensation on the back of my left upper arm too...it started under my arm (in my armpit) but has worked its way round! 🙂 glad it's not just me! I initially thought it was from shaving my underarms...but when it moved, I thought hmmmm. 🤔 Phew! 😁 Fab video as always x

Med express were amazing. Thorough with their questioning to find out eligibility. Needed to be 30 bmi min. 80kg and 5ft 4 only got me 29.8 bmi result so i was worried i wouldnt get it. Then i realised am 60 years old and probably shrunk haha I was right, 5ft3. Put my bmi passed the 30 mark😊 Im usually 69k until recent years due to illness and grief. Im ready to see the old me again❤

So glad i found you❤ i too am a uk granny :) Gave myself mounjaro at 8am yesterday. Slight headaches and nausea,tummy discomfort. Chinese meal on the evening filled me quicker than usual😊 haha i ate all the chicken though Off for the Aldi shakes. Am thinking walnuts are easy cals to pop in my yogurt 🤔

Hi Marcea, well done, i am on week 2 of mounjaro. Lost 14 pounds in week 1!! Couldn’t believe it. Next weigh in is next Wednesday so will be curious what week 2 brings? I have about 30 pounds to lose so hopefully at this rate it won’t take too long. Good luck with your journey.

Ive gone up to the 7.5 ,im on my 10th week and have lost half a pound short of 2 stone .ive already got my next months dose in the fridge . I decided to stay on the 7.5 for the next month . I dont wont to get up to the top dose and not have anywhere to go if i start to feel really hungry . Also i thought it might be harder to stop ,when i reach my goal weight and come of mounjaro if im on the highest dose . So im going to see how long i can stay on the 7.5 before going any higher. Ive still got another 2.5 stone to loose x
